Well who doesn't like a guy with 4 arms right? well this started as a gladiator then I added some arms and armor from ML Piledriver to really make him stand out. The head is a Luke Cage headcast and the rest is a lot of paint and add ons.

Straight killer custom! Awesome look! Gladiators rule, 4 armed figures rule, and the combo with insane looking helmet and tattoo is badass!
