Flash returns this coming Tuesday with it's second season! Meaning I had to make some related customs. And in a perfect start, we have Jay Garrick, who I've already heard repeatedly will debut in the first episode. That worked out nicely. I've wanted to make him a while, and actually started him once before, but ended up never finishing him. Had a terrible yellow paint back then. I want to make a classic Alan Scott, too. I think he's the only human Green Lantern I haven't made yet. I also hated how the Infinite Heroes head looked. It was so small on the MU build, so I wanted to wait for a better cast. Yet, none ever appeared. And then common sense kicked in. The body itself was a full, simple repaint, with the lightning bolt on his shirt giving me a few issues. Added some sculpt to his lower torso, as well. The little lightning bolts on his boots came from an Infinite Heroes Flash figure, with the hat itself coming from Jay Garrick. The head, however, was from a GI Joe 25th Anniversary Flint, I think, with the top portion cut off and the hat glued in place. Fits perfectly, and the head looks perfectly proportioned now. Very happy with him, and now only a couple more speedsters to complete.
