As my month of Amalgam has continued, people have mentioned one character a few times. And during my initial batch of Amalgam he kept coming up, too. Bruce Wayne Agent of SHIELD. I guess because he was considered a simpler one so everyone's popped one together. So you get curious to see how others approach him. Dark Claw has also been mentioned a ton, so I guess he'll be coming up shortly. Hopefully. Bruce Wayne was where Amalgam started to baffle me. Characters were obviously used multiple times, which I found annoying. And not only that, he's the amalgamation of Bruce Wayne and Nick Fury, yet serves under Nick Fury. That annoyed me too. But, I look past that, and enjoy the designs nonetheless. I guess not every amalgamation could work out as smoothly as Ghost Rider and Flash. There's so many of those guys. For fixing him up, I have no clue what my base was. Winter Soldier? Nick Fury maybe? It's that build at least. And then topped off with a Reed Richards head. His style was weird here, so none of my usual Bruce Wayne head options would work. If I had thought of him sooner, I would have planned for his entire team, too. But, I'm doing a second wave at the end of the year, so we'll look into Blackbat and some others then.
