Yet another 4" custom of Daredevil ! These days, the Netflix costume or the Soule/Garney reboot costume are the preferred choices for customizers who wants to stray from the classic red look. But one of my favorite variants is the design used by Lee Bermejo. A grounded, "real" looking costume that's just too nice for me not to try to replicate. Base : MU Daredevil Forearms, boots : MU Ultimate Cap Removed the pooches from Cap's gloves and boots. Added the laces/loops on gloves, boots and shorts. Sculpted the base of the cowl, the logo on the chest, the belt buckle and extended the horns All sculpts done with Milliput. Paints : dark red and touches of bright red by Revell My choice for his weapon is a simple black police baton, as the one Frank Miller often gave him in his latter illustrations, when he was doing Sin City and returned to the character only for pinups or covers. So here's the paradox : it's my most "real looking" Daredevil custom, yet it's heavily comic-book inspired ! UPDATE september 26th 2015 : pictures changed ![]() |

Pictures don't really do him justice. I might shoot him again. But I'm quite happy with this addition into my 4" DD collection.
