For the head, I started with the official Huey/Dewey/Louie PEZ dispenser from the 1990s. I replaced the eyes since they were way too dilated, and then I used sculpey for Bubba’s hair. The body is made out of sculpey, the arms are from a Dollar Tree soldier figure, and the feet are from a Donald Duck toy. The club is from the 1990s X-Men “Sauron” figure, and his pet Tootsie was a green dinosaur that came with a 2000s Captain Caveman figure.
