(Monsters on the Prowl#13/5 (fb)-BTS) - All of Tragg's race were unwittingly killed off by underground atomic bombs, and the radiation poisoning from them. Tragg was the lone survivor. Much later, a subway was planned to be built under the East River, but Tragg attacked the construction workers, causing them to flee in terror. The project was shut down and David Arnstead, a tabloid reporter, went to investigate.
