Poor Canada. They really want a tent pole super hero to make their country seem cooler. I mean, sure they have Alpha Flight, but most people don't know who they are. So in an effort to increase their global image, they recruited an amazing Canadian to don the mantel of CAPTAIN CANADA! And it was Deadpool who excepted. Unfortunately he found out that the costume was originally intended for Wolverine and he had turned the job down. Hence why the costume is too short. Deadpool immediately resigned.
