In my mind, teams have formulas. One powerhouse. The Alliance of Evil has two. Tower has the mutant power to increase his size, mass, and strength. In all the images I saw, he was huge by comparison to the rest of the team. But, 6" is not my forte, so I stuck with what I knew. The Herc build seemed like a great option for him. I believe he's the only confirmed dead member of the Alliance. Killed by the X-Cutioner after the team disbanded. Sculpted up the boots, filled in the bracers, then sculpted up the bands on his arms and legs. From there, a head swap and full repaint, and done. Simplest member of the group, and he still stands slightly taller than the rest of them.
