hey its me again.I just have a question. well, first of all I am trying to replicate your work.sorry man but I just can't help but stare at your cap with great awe while I was detaching the lower leg on the series 1 cap and on the 3 pack cap, I noticed that their lower leg pegs aren`t the same. just wanna ask you what did you do to make the lower leg of series 1 cap fit into the 3 pack cap?

Well, I'm very flattered you like my work! I did the same thing at first! so I put them back on and detached at the lower knee instead! To fit the Series 1 part to the knee of 3 pack cap you must dremel out some of series 1 leg part where the knee would fit in. do a little at a time!

Also, you could choose to sand down and/or dremel the 3 pack cap knee where the lower leg attaches. I think for this one I did a little bit of both, but if you check out my maskless version of this cap, it's the same recipe. I hope this makes enough sense to you and helps out!

nice work man. what paint did you use and how did you do the black linings?

Thanks for looking, I used regal blue from citadel and a lighter one. I mixed in some of their white to get multiple colors on him. The black lines were made with testors model masters acrylic paint, I have since moved on to vallejo, but the black lines were achieved by putting some black in my paint cup, adding a drop or two of water, then test brushing lines until I got the feel of how the paint would lay. its a huge help. From there, I painted the vertical lines then the horizontal. In some places I had to switch back to my blue or white paint because the black line wasn't even enough, so I had to barely paint over it. I hope this helps you out, let me know.

Excellent Cap! Certainly my all-time favorite character. You really captured him. This is a Captain America from all ages. Looks like the real thing, ma-man!!
