Shaved the head, and ears.
I removed the belt, cape, and filled in the holes/gaps.
Sculpted the visor, boot toppers, and ear covers.
Replaced the forearms with some from my fodder bin (I can't remember but I think they were from a Punisher figure).
The three Optic Blast effects are from various materials painted with clear red, and they attach to the center of the visor via metal pins.
Finally, a full paint job, and top coat.
