Replace the head with a marvel select Dr Doom head, removed wings and shoulder pads.
Masked the green parts and spray painted chrome silver the purple ones, attached a random cannon/weapon from the fooder to the back and a sentinel tentacle to the arm (it fit perfectly in the missile hole).
Finished by giving it a black wash to bring up the original sculping details.
