This figure was built largely referencing the Hot Toys 12" Vision figure. Its possibly the best look anyone will get at the intricacy of this cape... Its a mind blowing design. This is using my V3 design printed on white polyester. Printed fabric is finding LARGE favor with me. I'm really digging the possibilities that can be had here. Anyway, the figure was sculpted over a Mark 42 Iron Man III figure, texturized the clay using a mesh bag, then came back and cut in details THEN came back and sculpted on additional details. The head is built from that Mark 42 head with a Henry Cavill face spliced into place and then additional elements sculpted around the face to frame it in. 3 Hours in the paint lab and PFOOOOOM!!! My Vision... UPDATE: Completely reworked gauntlets & boots, finished red around the neck, & finished off with a fresh contrasty double sides print I printed the design on one side and a faded yellow on the inside to carry the color through. I sprayed the cape with a flat clearcoat just to make sure that ink doesn't go anywhere. My Vision realized in completion. ![]() |

I've also used this method on my Princess Leia episode IV figure so that the fabric used for her skirt would blend with the texture of her articulated regions. It really ties it all together.
