This is Hydros, the Ice Titan, from Disney's Hercules! Hydros is also a boss in the Kindom Hearts series. Hydros is one of four titans that I decided to construct and was the final one to be finished. This figure includes a miniature Greek temple. As with all of the Titans in the animated movie, the scale of the body shifts from frame to frame. You may noticed that the figure matches some scenes in the movie, but not all scenes. This figure was built from scratch by using a wooden internal skeleton, hands taken from an Anti-Venom figure, and legs taken from a 90's Iceman figure. The skull is made from airdry clay and the rest of the body is made from model magic to keep it lightweight. When this figure is standing upright, it is 12 inches tall. There are eight points of articulation; the head is on a home-made ball joint, the neck itself is a swivel joint, the shoulders have a pre-made joint, as do the upper legs and knees. The limbs were first crafted by my brother. It was made for fun and is not professional in any fashion. I hope you enjoy it!
