Do ARC Troopers have standardized gear or do they customize their suits? Im looking around the web and see different helmets, weapons, belts, coat tails, etc. Even the pauldrons vary

I believe so, if you have watched Clone Wars there's an episode called 'Arc Troopers' and you see 3 troopers with very distinct designs I.e colours and patterns, then later on another episode sees Fives (above) and his partner Echo who's designs are similar with them being from the 501st but also have their own unique designs to match their unique identities. There have been loads of designs for arc troopers over the years, both phase one and two clone styles. (I've done a phase 1 captain custom I've got on my page) there are comic styles with more advanced gear and the kind above from CW you could adapt these styles to suit your arc and whatever design you choose will be great because every arc as you have seen is unique.

Im hesistating on making a 6 inch one because they might release an official arctrooper

Thanks very much yeah you're right, clones are veterans of many battles, they aren't white and shiney very long, so I like to give them a bit battle damage. I'd still go ahead and do one if I where you, with the new film coming out I'd be doubtful a 6" arc trooper figure would be on the cards for hasbro, I mean you never know but there's no harm in making a custom one anyway thanks again for the kind words.
