I removed Batman's cape and shortened down his ears then painted it all black. I went with Black Panther's simple all black suit as it's my favorite version and looks more black panther like.

I actually had given him a blackish skin tone so it looked like the mask from the ultimate avenger suit but when I was doing the finishing touches I grabbed the wrong brush. I don't have anything to sculpt with yet but once I do I'll be giving him a minor upgrade.
