So I basically took Magneto from the X2 line, gave him Cyclops' hands and then took a Pelenor Fields Aragorn (the one with Brego and a cloth cloak) and cut off the red inside part of the cloak. I then took black material from a sunglasses case and cut them into the apropriate shape (using Magneto's plastic cape as a guide). Then I sewed the two together and super glued the cape onto Magneto. Now he has a posable cape and the figure is lighter in the hand (not that it is heavy, but the difference in weight with cloth cape over a plastic cape works better).
