I've been wanting to make this guy for the longest time, and really just had to when I saw him show up on Netflix Daredevil, really hope to see more of this guy in season two sporting some version of this costume. Don't want to spoil it, but I bet something happens to his Betty sending him over the edge.

Anyway, Melvin here (not to be confused with the purple Spacejammer Gladiator) was made using the following parts:

Torso- ML Infinite Sentry
Head-Shrunken Bowen Statue by casting cave
Arms-NECA Ken
Legs-ML Infinite Movie Drax w Ultron Legendary riders elbow spikes on boots
Saws-Real metal Dremel Saws secured by silver thumb tacs, he also sports a large saw hidden on his belt behind his back.
,
Finished him off with a mostly highly metallic paint job and repainted yellow torso and airbrush shading.
