Erik Larsen's rendering of Spidey is THE reason why I fell in love with the character initially. Those eyes! Nobody does them quite like Larsen. Couple that with his use of wild physical positioning, and you've got 90s perfection. I used Fearsome Foes Spider-Man (because of the body shape and articulation) and altered the eyes. I also added the under-arm webbing by cutting and gluing it in place, but with enough slack for Spidey to still use his arms. I am thrilled to now have a figure that looks just like the images I fell in love with, and have it further my passion for posting versions of characters that have never been seen before on this site. I am proud to be the first person to honor Larsen's Spider-work here at the Realm.
