As soon as I saw the Comic Con footage with this sort of ultra-rogue Batman in the desert battling again Superman soldiers, I knew I had to make a figure of that look. It ended up being pretty simply compared to most of the figures I work on. The ML Urban Legends Punisher was the perfect base as he has the sort of military fatigues, boots, trenchcoat (which is really nicely done) and angry, yelling face just like we see with Bats when he's snapping necks in the trailer.

Sculpted the cowl, goggles, and the torso, then went back and gave him a heavily dry brushed paintjob over a black base coat. Did the same thing with the coat so it would remain pliable and not overly stiff. This one is going to the same great buyer who commissioned my most recent Batfleck figure.
