Re-sculpt of the Gotham City Thug from the Movie Masters line to look like the bus driver. The coat is from a Mulder with vest from the X-files McFarlane toy line. I had to dremel out arm holes and sculpt a socket to hold the arms in place. Thanks for taking a look!
