I've wanted to make this one ever since I first saw the images of Hal Jordan's new design. I actually like most of the new designs. Superman's was a weird choice, and the Bat Armor took a little getting used to, but it makes more sense in the story. Anyway, everything hit the fan and the Corps were being made to look bad. Hal was leading, so he made a decision to help the others start rebuilding their reputation. He took the blame, and the Lantern gauntlet, and went rogue. And then he said, "You know what I need? Long hair and awesome jacket." Because the perfect cover is looking cool. Proven fact. Anyway, I really liked the design, and couldn't resist giving it a shot, especially after reading a couple issues. Gave him the belt from one of those older Cap figures. Cut the canteen off, and filled the area in with sculpt. Jacket hides it, though. The jacket itself was from the Hellboy figure. Seems to be the only jacket I've been able to find that actually works on the larger Herc build, too. Might actually be able to make that Evolution Sabretooth I was wanting to put together after all. Finally, I added some sculpt to the arms and topped him off with a Hal Jordan head from AngelForge, with sculpted hair. Overall, a lot of fun, and I'm pretty happy with how he came out in the end.
