Doctor Doom (Marvel Legends) Custom Action Figure
Custom #:75108
Name:Doctor Doom
Custom Type:Action Figure
Toy Series:Marvel Legends
Creator:yugioh123abc
Date Added:July 22, 2015
Base Figure:Game of Thrones The Hound
Height:6.00 inches
One of my co-workers saw my Judge Fear custom and hired me to make him a figure of Doctor Doom! I don't know very much about Doctor Doom, but I gave him my best shot. The base figure is The Hound from Game of Thrones and the mask is from a Hasbro Doctor Doom figure. I gave him a little pistol and a holster. Other than that, I just painted him!

Very cool concept Dr. Doom, I could definitely see a design like this working for a FF movie, that is if it isn't another 20 years before anyone will touch the franchise again, lol! I have a neglected Hound figure that I've had no idea what to do with, may have to "appropriate" your idea.

In realize this is waaaaaaay late but this Von Doom looks great. That hound armor gives the good (bad?) Doctor a way different yet nicely revamped look. I really like it.

Thanks! I wish I still had this so I could go back and touch it up a bit.

I think some of The Hound's Grittiness really infused with the Doom, here. Very cool and very original

Thanks! My boss and I were talking about how much Doom sucked in the newest Fantastic Four movie, and that was kind of the inspiration for this figure; a "movie" version of Doom.

Looks pretty badass, much better than the new movie look. Where is the hood from?

Thank you! Not sure what the hood is from. It was originally black, if that helps at all.

LOVE this! Seriously, great base, I actually wondered if anyone would utilize the Funko GOT figs for a Doom. He and Black Knight seem to be the only medieval-like characters that get love for customs. Although I wonder if swapping out those thighs for something more slimmer and armored would work out...

Thank you! I actually wanted to give him some slimmer thighs, but I wanted to keep his boots, which are just as wide at the top as his thighs and knees. I also didn't feel like buying another figure just for some thinner legs.

That Doom is screen ready... Like, if Marvel got the rights back to F4? Victor would totally look like that!

Thanks! I thought it made him look a little more grounded and realistic. My co-worker was complaining about the way he looked in the new movie, and said he should look more medieval, so that's what I went with!
