just a head swap.. and a paint job on his body and shoes, and POOOfff, simple, yet affective.

ya man, I live in NYC too, I actually found all of mine in Timessqure toys r us.. but they went fast.. cuz of me.. lol.. yet to see them in places like st. marks or union sq. forbidden planet. ...
