This custom figure was created using a Kroenen headcast along with a German officer hat cast from Indiana Jones and an Avengers' Red Skull body. Sadly, the body lacks some articulation but I thought it was perfect. The hands were removed from the figure and replaced with fisted hands from my fodder bin. The blades were made with sheet styrene. The hands were actually added with magnets so they could be swapped out for hand without the blades but I never did a set of those for him.
