Iron-Man was missing a hand so I melted it down, sanded then slapped on a spare G.I. Joe zombie part and painted the black lantern symbol on one of the should armor pieces - very basic custom that helps us in our Black Lantern crossover we're doing during summer!

Edit: I decided to change him after the original pics were up, I removed one pic and have included a pic of his removable face armor (the mouth/jaw area is now removable) you can see him holding the jaw face cover in his hand and this was done using a scalpel with slight zig-zags after the initial cut just like making a mold when cutting it before using, if you don't do some zig-zag then the piece won't stay in place when fitted back. Painted face to match arms although my gray and blue are slightly darker than the original paint on the G.I. Joe zombie hand - in case your wondering we still swap the hands on the joe zombies so that is why I never tried to paint the torn sleeve part, so it could still match the joe zombies respectively.
