It's a arkham origins batman, with a new 52 head and a Bruce Wayne head, the hands have been replaced with a open hand set and a closed (fist) set, I replaced the cape with a fabric one and touched up the paint

No I used the hands and pins from a manute figure I had, drilled out the arms and ste the pins, and trimmed down the cuffs on the hands so they don't snag on the arms
