I've been working on this Galen Marek for some time now, off and on. I didn't want to rush him, so I took my sweet time with him.
I used a base GI Joe figure so that he would have all of the GI Joe articulation, and sculpted much over him using Aves Fix It sculpt and some green stuff.
I used real leather for that thing that draps off his belt (not sure what it's called). He is then totally re-painted from head to toe.

Thanks. I also forgot to mention that the shoulder pad attaches via a strong mini magnet, so his articulation is not hindered in any way. I too love how paint jobs, sculpt, etc, bring out some awesome stuff in small figures.
