Cobra heat viper..base is a gi joe airtight figure.the head was the tricky part the helmet is sculpted resin and the visor is filed ,sanded down alluminium..the mouth area is off a duke head.The body and head contain blue/white LED's powered by 3x 1.5 button batteries...the body suit has additions of crafted pvc and painted.The rocket launcher is of original heatviper but added lights and customed up the outer casing and painted.Judging by the size of the launcher,i thought a weight support arm should be included to counter balance the stress on the operating arm.
