I used a Captain Marvel figure as a base. I used the arms, head and cape from the TB ML Storm. I reshaped the head using apoxie sculpt and sculpted a new hairline as well. I even made her lightning bolt earrings (well they are supposed to be lightning bolts!).Feel free to leave some feedback!
