This Leech, had the cup of the shattered face. So I decided to do a more realistic mouth and just cut the contour shape I have rubber teeth . Repaint teeth and touches the body. I think left a good result.

This is much better than the original headsculpt. At first glance I thought you used the MOTU Classic Leech headsculpt.
