This was my first G.I. Joe custom, way back when I wanted to be the very best, the best there ever was lol.

Figure is straight up 25th Anniversary Red Star, repainted to look like the ultimate badass he is. I think the WIP picture shows exactly how much luff I put into this figure. It started as a solid chunk of bland grey plastic and turned into this with lots of drybrushing. I'm especially proud of the backpack, it looked like real green leather. I was sad to see this guy go, I think I only got like 10 bucks for him, but I'm sure he's kicking Vipers all over someone's shelf right now.

he look excellent. It is incredibble how the paint job turned out. The backpack is amazing the shades of dark on the shirt are unbelievable. great detailed work

Yep, if you go back and do a wash after drybrushing you get more subtle transitions between the shades.

Great work man. The details and the depth of the drybrushing looks so real. Very talented.
Also, I love YoJoe. That is what I use to find all the parts that I'm thinking of using but can't remember what guy it came from.

Thankssss, I just wish the quality of our pictures didn't get reduced when uploaded, it hides some of the detail.
