I've never been a big fan of the Inhumans, but since a request came in, and I was currently working out an X-Men Evolution Nightcrawler, I thought this guy would be good practice. In the end, I made the feet completely differently. Swapped out the lower arms for Thor, I think. Can't remember. Sculpted up the bottom of the shirt, the upper legs, lower legs, and feet, adding a bit under them as well to give them an arch. Then, I sculpted up four layers for the collar and gave him a collar from Ghost Rider. Added ears from another random figure, maybe Punisher, sculpted up the sideburns, and the piece on his forehead. From there, he was a straight repaint, with some delicate line work, filled with a lighter shade from the rest of the clothes. A very tedious, but still pretty fun, project.
