While we wait for an official version of this character (perhaps with a Lockjaw compatriot), this will have to do for my toy shelves. Made from a Mayday Parker body, a Hope Summers head, and aves apoxie for her mask, bracelet, & skirt. The scarf is a section of a Batman cape.

I was very pleased with how they all gelled. I almost used fabrics for the skirt, but I ended up just sculpting it because I wanted it to have a uniform look to it.
