Roland Burroughs underwent extensive surgery at Roxxon to become their super-operative, including a bionic tail, claws, and gills. He joined the Serpent Squad, and later, the Serpent Society. He was killed by Scourge, but resurrected by the Hood.
This figure started out with a Deadpool body and a Moon Knight head. The hands are from Toxin. The tail is a combination of the Brood and a dinosaur tail. The fin is attached to his back and neck only, so the head retains articulation. Originally, I just glued the tail on, but I threw a screw in there for mobility. Costume details made with rubber hair bands and fodder material.
