Vipra from the Bravetstarr cartoons.

Used a Tex Hex as a base figure. As a left hand I used a (vintage motu) Hordak hand everything else is sculpted over the Tex base. I downsized all parts but used the original tree/spine (connector for limbs head action feature) so she is a bit wide in the shoulders but I wanted to keep the action feauture of the figure.
Gave her some high heels and the big hair/hairpiece so she's still 8" but feels a bit shorter to the regular figures without having to downsize all limbs.
