In my little universe there's basically a four act idea so many characters I work with have up to four evolutions. This is of course my take on Bane.

Version 1 and 2 made from four separate figures each.

Heads:

V1: jakks wwe Stone cold Steve Austin and milliput sculpt for the mask.
V2: NECA POTC Sao Feng and milliput sculpted mask.
Both mouth pieces on the masks from shoulder guards from a random cybernetic Spiderman figure by toybiz.

Upper torsos:
V1: NECA Street fighter Guile, milliput sculpted armour topped with fodder from MOTU figures. Forearms and hands from a Hasbro X-Men Juggernaught figure.
V2: NECA Gears of war COG soldier. Arms from a toybiz marvel legends old Hulk figure. Venom tunes from a McFarlane tortured souls figure and armour from COG soldier again.

Legs:

V1: NECA Guile again though a milliput mid waist extension to make him taller. Boots from WWE Stone cold again, also to make him in scale with other customs.
V2: Upper legs COg soldier again with milliput mid waist extension. Legs extended with Legendary Heroes line Sin City Marv, also using those boots, COG armour again to tie in.
