Mojo Verse's own Spiral. One of the more random X-Men villains and a product of 1990's greatness, this one took some engineering back in the day. Working the extra arms on the small body was a fun challenge.

Spiral is one of my faves. She's been in the spotlight, sort of, with her latest run on the Marvel Now Uncanny X-Force team! So, less obscure than your bio makes her sound, but still as much obscure to some folks...
