Kordel Walkar was a master of martial arts and a member of the Rangers, a law enforcement agency from the planet Teksus. When a strange portal appeared in the city of Dalus, Walkar was sent to investigate. He was pulled into the portal, which was unknowingly created by Gwildor during his experiments with the Cosmic Key, and transported across the galaxy. Now stranded on Eternia, Walkar found a kindred spirit in fellow lawman Rio Blast. The two men joined forces to create their own force for justice, the Eternia Rangers. One day he hopes to find Gwildor and return to his home, but until then he will aid He-Man and the Masters of the Universe in their fight against evil!

It's Walker, Texas Ranger meets He-Man! I had a MOTUC Zodac that I had bought for another custom that I decided not to make, so when this contest was announced I thought it was a good opportunity to use this figure. I was searching for ideas and somehow came across a picture of Chuck Norris, and thus was born Walkar, Eternia Ranger.

The base body, as I mentioned, is Zodac. The head is a cast of Bow's head, with sculpted hair and beard, and a cowboy hat made from styrene and Apoxie sculpt. I gave him a big belt buckle, and covered the front of his chest armor and added a badge. The gun and holster come from a DCUC Captain Cold. I painted a color scheme similar to Rio Blast, thinking that the two of them would be partners.
