I usually don't work in 3.75 inch scale, but I wanted to give it a try. The end result: this custom Mando.

I went with the idea that he was a bounty hunter who lost his arm in some chaotic hunt and had it replaced with bionic parts, in this case, a blaster rifle and a vibro-blade. Alongside him he has a Kowakian monkey lizard he somehow managed to 'tame' as a pet and employes as a spy, scout and occasional assassin (sneaking poison into a victims food)

Overall, mostly just a mix and match of G.I. Joe parts, which where taken apart, painted and then sealed to protect it all.

Monkey came from the fodder bin, got slightly repainted and then sealed as well.
