Awhile back I tried making a Quicksilver in this costume, but it was pretty bad. Sharpies and acrylic paints on plastic do NOT work out well. I've slowly gotten better at customizing and can now afford better paints and supplies. Thus, I re-did the Quicksilver, in the same costume. I gave the head a repaint, by adding detail around the eyes, a more natural skin color, shaded hair, and subtle details.
I then took a classic Havok body I had laying around and added the repainted head to it. Although the Quicksilver and Havok bodies are technically the same, the ToyBiz version (Havok) is superior in both proportions and sculpt (sharper sculpt).
I then gave the body a full repaint, and tested my amateur drybrushing skills to add the blue to him. He was always drawn with blue shadows when he wore this costume. This is most definitely a giant improvement over my original, and pretty good in it's own way. Feel free to comment, thanks for viewing!
