The other day I ran across this costume design for quasar that I was not familiar with but really liked. Since I had just sold my previous Quasar on eBay and needed a new one for my collection, I decided to go ahead and give this one a try.

I used a ML Cyclops Now base with a unmasked Steve Rogers head from the Thanos wave Cap America. The cape is from a DC Direct Batman (the Batman and Son series).
