Every time a request like this comes in, I think about doing a full Captain America based run. All sorts of Major Victory designs, various Cap costumes, alternate realities, the whole thing. Of course, having a ton of shields on hand really helps that, as well. Though, I did recently find a whole bunch of old notes on characters I wanted to make, so I may endeavor into those at some point. Anyway, Isaiah Bradley was the secret, first Captain America. And fixing him up with just a simple repaint of a Captain America with a darker blue for the suit. Head was from Iron Fist, topped off with the WWII Cap shield.
