The Redemptionist was once a brave knight who fought for the rights of his fellow man. That is until he followed his fellow countrymen to take part in the holy crusades where his mind became forever scarred. The Redemptionist is now so damaged mentally that he sees every living creature as a sinner, and belives he was born to cleanse the earth. He has no allies only foes he hates evil men with their greed for power & hates good men for their vainty of fame. The Redemptionist knows that he will go to hell for his own sins but thats okay because he knows when that time comes he'll have plenty of company, plenty of cursed souls to torture in the name of the lord because gods work must continue even in the afterlife.
