I went back and forth on making this character for a while until a request finally came in. I'm not sure if he had a cape with this specific design, but I was asked to add it. Blue Marvel is pretty much the Superman of Supermen. I'm pretty sure if there's a power, he has it. I looked on Wikipedia, and it practically had it's own page. Don't really know much about him otherwise. Last time I saw him, he was fighting Hyperion. That was pretty cool. Body was just a repaint with a Duke head, I think it was one of the ones from the movie. And a Thor cape to finish him off.
