Gibber was supposed to be released in the Playmates TaleSpin line. He was even solicited on the back of the card, but he never made it out there. His head is a Playmates Addams Family Uncle Fester with lots of sculptey for the hat. The body is from Playmates TaleSpin Don Karnage with sculptey, and the coat is from a Mortal Kombat Kano figure.
