Originally, I really wanted to make a Thunderstrike this week. I've wanted to do one for ages, but I'm still waiting on my jackets to come in, so I wasn't able to get to him yet. I was going to skip a Thor type character since so many others were falling through too, but then I remembered the Unworthy design. I don't particularly like the story, but the design is pretty cool. And I was able to do a quick build with various pieces I had on hand. Body was Herc with lower legs and the left arm from Thor. Cable's arm would probably work better, but this is what I had, so I went with that. Just wrapped some sculpt around the bracer on the right arm for the bandages. Used Hogun's cape, an axe from Ares, and the head was a cast from StarWarsGeek that I thought was pretty accurate. To finish him off, I used a little wire for his belt. Was going to leave it off, but it really felt like something was missing, so I opted to include it. Overall, pretty simple, and kinda fun, too. Makes me want to try out more Thor designs.
