This is a commissioned figure. Used a DCUC Cheetah figure for the base, with the hands and feet from a Movie Masters Catwoman. Cut off the tail. Head was from Zatanna with a little more hair sculpted on. Sculpted on the bracelets, the collar and the zip. The belt is made of plastic circles which I cut out from sheet plastic packaging using a perforator. Pistols from a Tomb Raider figure with the grips modified because they were too big for the tiny Catwoman hands. Thanks for looking!
