Another BLAST FROM THE PAST!!! My good friend Terrell commissioned me to make this as part of a Sho Nuff/Bruce Leroy set from the film The Last Dragon. This is yet another character that I've never seen in custom form (at least not in this outfit). We went with this outfit as it's from the iconic confrontation in Leroy's gym with the famous "Kiss My Converse" line. And as you can see from the last pic, Leroy is in his yellow jumpsuit.

So, the meanest, lowdown, mo'fo' around is made from a WWE R Truth figure. I knew his shirt would be a challenge, but I had a good idea of how to pull it off. For the underlying structure I used the harness from a Terrax BAF and then strategically glued red cloth onto it. Didn't lose waist twist or ab crunch that way. The flowers on the shirt were made from pleather backed cloth and then painted.

The biggest challenge was the leopard belt! It's made from pleather so it doesn't restrict the legs in any way. I started by drybrushing a tan/beige color and then followed that by drybrushing a brown and a white. After that I did the spots, the eyes, nose, and mouth.

I couldn't make the pants exactly like the real ones, but the stripes (rather than layers of fabric) simulate the overall look well. as for sculpted parts, he has his crazy hair, teeth, goatee, sunglasses, and wrist guards with studs. Overall, I'm extremely proud of how he turned out and I think it's one of my better customs.
