I decided to give Shredder another shot. Recipe: Icarius upper body, Zodak arms, Count Marzo Hands and legs, torso piece and boots, He-Man Feet, Neca Leo sword and sheath, Oo-Larr head, Sy-Clone Helmet, Marvel Legends Cape, modified Goldar shoulder slates, sculpted face mask, ink pen and superglue for the ooze canister and toothpicks for all of the spikes. I was gonna make the shirt red or gray originally, but when I cleaned it up and detailed it a bit, I liked the blue too much. I'm making another one for my personal collection.
