Well, I needed Tokka with Rahzar, so I figured I'd work one that fit scale wise. There's not much to this guy, he isn't all that articulated, but looks good with the Nick Turtles and is broad enough to look properly intimidating.

I made him using one of the Toybiz X-Men 2099 Shadow Dancer figure, sculpting the head over the original head.
